| Items can be returned within 30 days with a return authorization.
Refunds are for the cost of product only. After 30 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative by calling 1-623-934-8973 (8AM to 4PM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday).

| Before returning merchandise, please note the following:- If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.
- Use the original box or use a sturdy substitute to ship items.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
- Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% restocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions.
- C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
- Gas and diesel-powered items cannot be returned to Wiedmann Bros. once they have been gassed or oiled. If they have been gassed or oiled they need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
