GENERAL POLICY
Wiedmann Bros Distributing Co (WBDC) only sells to authorized dealers.  We do not engage in retail sales and reserve the right to qualify any account seeking to purchase from our print or online catalogs.
All orders are subject to acceptance at WBDC

HOURS OF OPERATION
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Standard Time

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most products are in stock and ready to ship.  However, some products are hand made to order and require extended lead times.  Upon ordering, we will do our best to advise you of any related lead time.
Special order products are noted, and ship directly from the manufacturer.

TERMS
Open accounts are due standard Net 30 days in Sherman Oaks, CA
Special order items are due Net 10 days in Sherman Oaks, CA 
All sales are final for discontinued, closeout or special order items.

FREIGHT POLICY (US48)
Normal orders (package shipments) exceeding $200.00 shippable will be shipped at no charge to the dealer.
Some products are not eligable for Free Shipping due to weight and/or size, or special handling requirements (LTL shippable items, direct shipments, etc.)
WBDC reserves the right to select the most economical method of shipping
Dealers may request an "expedited shipment" for your order utilizing FEDEX overnight or 2-day air
If the order qualifies for free ground freight, the dealer will be given credit for the ground portion of the freight charge
Expedited shipments are limited by type of product, weight and size of product
LTL Shipments are billed at a flat rate 

SHIPMENT
FOB origin.  We will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and weight of your order unless given special instructions.
Since ownership of the product transfers at FOB point, claims for damaged, lost or short shipments must be made directly with the carrier, and the amount must not be deducted from your statement balance.

DAMAGES
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped.  Claims must be made with the carrier, not with WBDC.  Please note the number of packages delivered, as sometimes they will be separated by the carrier.

PRICES
WBDC reserves the right to change prices between list or catalog printings if we receive price changes from our vendors.  All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include any applicable special handling charges
All prices quoted are in US Dollars

CANCELLATION
Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled for any reason prior to shipping
Shipped items are subject to a 125% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges
Custom made goods can be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of purchase order

BACKORDERS
If a customer chooses to be on our backorder status, all orders placed and not able to be immediately filled, will be placed on backorder.  Upon receipt of the merchandise, the backordered items(s) will be shipped.
We do not attempt to phone to confirm that the item(s) are still wanted.

SERVICE
Prompt service is of primary consideration.  Every effort will be made to ship an order the same day it is received.

MANUFACTURER'S DIRECT WARRANTY
All items are warrantied directly by the manufacturer
All warranty items must be returned directly to the manufacturer, not WBDC after having obtained an RMA number from that manufacturer.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY
There are brands and items in our catalog that are subject to the terms of the Retail Advertising Policy or Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

RETURNS

WBDC retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. WBDC thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless WBDC expressly consents. If a product 
All Company Products rejected by Dealer may only be returned subsequent to Dealer’s retrieval of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which may be retrieved from Company’s customer service department. Dealer shall return any such rejected goods in their original package with the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of such shipping packages. Company may refuse to accept any such returned goods that do not bear an authorized RMA number. You may return a product within a 90 day period. Please call 1-877-934-2444 (7AM-7PM, CST, Monday through Friday).
Once an RMA is issued, it is only valid for 30 Days. If it has surpass the time limit the RMA will not be accepted.
WBDC can not accept returns of "drop shipped/ Custom made items" items directly from the factory to you.

At WBDC's sole discretion, WBDC may impose a 10% - 25% restocking fee on items returned. Returns of "Factory Shipped" items will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.

Wiedmann Bros will not deviate from this printed program
Anything agreed upon that is not documented on this program will not be honored by WBDC
Any additions or changes will require a revised program sheet

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms govern all our sales and may note b changed except with our written consent.  Failure to return goods within 30 days of the invoice date shall constitute acceptance by you of these terms, notwithstanding contrary terms in any purchase order submitted to WBDC
WBDC makes no warranty as to the products distributed by us, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  WBDC will however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties.  If a Dealer returns an item to WBDC for warranty issues and the item is warrantied directly by the manufacturer, the item will be returned to the Dealer.
The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacturer and testing of it's products, and WBDC accepts no liability for such damages.
WBDC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
If legal action is used to collect a past due account, the prevailing party shall be entitled to it's attorney's fees and costs in addition to any other relief it may receive
