Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Purchase orders are subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in the document as indicated and lined below (hereinafter the "Terms").  Vendor's delivery of products, performance of services, or issuance of invoices in connections with this purchase order establishes Vendor's agreement to the Terms.  The Terms may only be modified in a writing signed by both parties.
