The EZ-Lock system works by using wireless radio waves to transmit a unique code to your fleet vehicle or piece of heavy equipment. Once this code is transmitted by the wireless pin pad or "One Touch Control Fob" (OTC) and received, you have 30 seconds to start your protected equipment. EZ-lock is a passive system and will automatically ream itself if the protected unit is not started once the code is sent. The system is always on until a disarm code is sent. The average range of a transmitter is approximately 20 feet.
